Will I Be Asleep?
No: Whilst in Hypnosis, you do not go to sleep, you remain aware of everything that is happening around you and your surroundings. In fact you’re more aware of feelings and sensations! Your awareness is heightened. There are changes in the brain wave activity akin to that time just before you sleep, a very dreamy, pleasant relaxed state. During this time the mind is very open to visualisations and creating a rich sensory experience.
Will I reveal personal secrets or do things against my will?
No: you’re in full control at all times. Remember when working with your hypnotherapist it’s a partnership. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and you will only accept suggestions that are positive and right for you. Whilst in hypnosis you can move, talk, laugh, yawn etc.
In hypnosis you will only accept a suggestion or change that is positive for you. Providing you want to change and are now committed we can work together to allow you to live the life you now want and deserve. A simple natural way of reaching your goals.
